Making A Purchase

Most of our merchandise (Old & New) is in original manufacture boxes, whether sealed or not, the packaging is part of any purchase.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Postage costs can be found by putting the item/s in the 'Shopping Cart' click on 'Checkout' enter all your details as requested, and once on the 'Shipping Page' select postage options from the drop down menu, this will then give you the postage cost. You then have the option to proceed with the order or cancel.

We accept credit card payment through Paypal & Protx in Pounds Sterling only.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment for orders outside the United Kingdom must be paid using PAYPAL.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when you have paid for your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

PLEASE NOTE: 'THIS APPLIES TO OLD & NEW' The purchase of any merchandise that is manufacture sealed within its packaging must be returned un-opened and not damaged or removed from packaging. Damaged outer/inner packaging will devalue the item and may make it unsaleable. Therefore it is your responsiblity to ensure that merchandise if returned is in a re-saleable condition.

There will be a re-stocking administration charge of 20% on items that are returned for no valid reason and without an authorisation number.

Delivery Schedule

Due to the closure of our two loacl Post Offices, we are now shipping orders on Tuesday and Thursdays only.

We will normally send your order to you in 5 working days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

We do not hold back orders
If your item is not in stock, the order will be cancelled or part order despatched. We do not hold 'Back Orders' other than on new lines due in within four weeks

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Once order is shipped all details are deleted and not held by us.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

PLEASE NOTE: 'THIS APPLIES TO OLD & NEW' The purchase of any merchandise that is manufacture sealed within its packaging must be returned un-opened and not damaged. Damaged outer/inner packaging will devalue the item and may make it unsaleable. Therefore it is the your responsiblity to ensure that merchandise is returned in a re-saleable condition.

The process for returning merchandise purchased online is to:-

(a) Contact us using the online Contact Form "via Contact Us" indicating your intention to return your goods, description and quantity of the goods to be returned and the reason for your return. You will then be supplied with a Returns Number via E-mail.

(b) Old Collectors (Vintage & Antique) items; The following applies:- Return of good will only be agreed on if we are notified within seven days of receipt, either by telephone or email, as goods will only be refunded if our descriptions are incorrect. Note: NRFB items will only be accepted if they are returned un-opened and in the same condition as despatched, this includes all the original packaging (not damaged), cellophane sealed or boxes that are sealed at manufacture also item/s are not removed or un-strung from inner packaging. Any damage to the item/s original packaging will be assessed of its depreciation value on return and the balance refund issued.

(c) NEW in Current Production Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, providing the merchandise is returned in new and re-saleable condition with the original packaging, cellophane, accessories, guarantees and instructions and must be accompanied by a completed Return Form and Returns Number.

(d) We will only refund the cost of item, not shipping costs. Please note we cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments nor can we accept liability for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you return your package by registered or recorded delivery.

(e) You can not return an item without our permission.

(f) Returns that are not made as set out above will not be accepted for refund or exchange

(g) There will be a re-stocking administration charge of 20% on items that are returned for no valid reason after 7days has expired.

NB: Replacement or refunds are processed once authorised returns are received. All returns must be received in the same condition as originally sent. NRFB (never removed from box) items that have been opened or removed from packaging will not be accepted for replacement or refund unless faulty, they will be assessed as being devalued.

New Goods:- Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm, but notification of defaults must be received within three working days of receipt, either by telephone or email, you must obtain a returns reference number from us before returning any item.

Remittance Terms

Payment is made in full before goods are shipped. Payments in Pounds Sterling, by Credit Card, P/O, Cash or Paypal.
